The fee to change the name of your limited
company is £50. We will draft a special
resolution on your behalf and submit it
to Companies House along with your payment. It will take at least 3 months before your company is struck from the public record.

Office Details - £35
We can update Companies House directly
with any of Directorship, Company Secretary
or Registered Office address. Thee fee is
£35 and details are normally updated
within 3 days.
Business Bank Account

This service can be bought seperately or
as part of a new company formation. If you
require new banking facilities for your
company, but have been turned down elsewhere,
we can help.
Using our existing banking contacts, we
will open you a business current account
in your limited company name, with standard
facilities including telephone banking,
internet banking, debit card and cheque

Terminal - £199

Virtual Merchant Terminal

credit history. Using a web-based terminal,
you key in the details of the transaction
and payment is remitted to you weekly. This
service is provided by the leading worldwide
online credit card service provider and
takes 7 days to setup. You are able to accept
Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta and

Company Seal - £39
We can provide a standard pliar type seal
embossing your company name and registration
number.
Apostille (15 day
service) - £249
If you require an apostille for your company
paperwork, we can arrange this for you.
This may be required if you wish to open
offshore banking facilities yourself or
otherwise need to certify your company paperwork
in another country. We firstly order a certified
copy of your company paperwork from Companies
House. Once this has been received it is
sent to the Foreign & Commonwealth Office
for affix of the apostille on the reverse.
The documents are then sent to you worldwide
by courier.
Apostille (5 day service)

Same as above except we present your documents
by hand to the Foreign & Commonwealth
office where the apostille if affixed while
we wait. This reduces the time taken, and
the additional fee is to cover our personal
attendance.
