In order to form your UK limited company we need to know the following information:

Your company formation is normally completed the same day if your order is received before 1pm (Companies House permitting).

If you do not have a Company Secretary, we can act as your company secretary for £50 per year. Simply select this option on the online order form.

This account is fully suitable for companies where the Director has an adverse credit history. This is fully guaranteed and is opened within 7 days. Please select the professional package if required.

If your company name includes any of the following sensitive words, you will be charged an additional processing fee of £50 - International, Holdings, Group, Europe. This fee covers our skills in justifying these sensitive words.

We setup your company using our standard Memorandums & Articles of Association. Your company is setup as a general trading company, and you are therefore able to perform any type of business and are not restricted in any way.
